ZDF Studios secured global distribution rights to the documentary series *Maps of Power* (3×50′), produced by Story House Productions for ZDFinfo, on an unspecified date. A multi-year licensing agreement between ZDF Studios and Disney+ was announced, making certain ZDF Studios content available on the Disney+ platform in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. This followed a similar deal Disney made with ZDF Studios, bringing thousands of hours of German-produced TV series and films to Disney+ in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Separately, Disney signed agreements with ZDF Studios and UK broadcaster ITV to air original programming on Disney+.
