Earlier, on August 11, 2026, ABP Group, the UK and Ireland’s largest beef processor, acquired a minority stake in Yorkshire-based beef processor Dovecote Park through Benoni Holding Corporation. This move strengthens ABP Group's involvement in the premium British beef market. Dovecote Park is an exclusive supplier of red meats to Waitrose, and the transaction involved buying out co-owner and long-time director Amanda Buitelaar.
