Acast entered a multi-year exclusive partnership on February 21, 2026, with "The Best One Yet," a daily pop-business podcast that has accumulated over 80 million lifetime downloads. The agreement also coincides with the podcast's appointment of its first General Manager, who will focus on video content. Previously, on February 16, Acast announced its plans to distribute video podcasts to Apple Podcasts using HLS technology this spring, which will allow creators to monetize video podcast content on the platform.
Acast's customers primarily consist of telecoms and financial Services companies. Examples of Acast's customers include Virgin Media O2 (VMO2) and HSBC.
