Employing approximately 140 people, the company reported revenues under $1 million in 2020. Its programming, consisting of Greek and foreign shows, is available via free-to-air broadcast, online, and mobile platforms. Distribution extends to Australia (via UBI), the United States (via Dish), and Cyprus (via Sigma). Alpha Satellite Television operates its own production facilities, including one 650m² studio in its main building and four additional studios (1250m², 900m², 650m², and 500m²) in a separate building known as Studio Pro.
United Media acquired a 50% equity stake in Alpha TV on an unspecified date. This acquisition aims to strengthen United Media's presence in the European market.
