Separately, on September 19, 2025, Amlogic announced plans to acquire CMIND-SEMI, a technology company specializing in wireless communication for IoT, connected vehicles, and smart terminals. Amlogic Shanghai Co Ltd also announced its intention to acquire Cmind-SEMI for 3161 million yuan. The acquisition details were reported in multiple press releases.
