Animaccord is a privately owned entertainment company founded in 2008 and headquartered in Cyprus. Its primary business is the development, production, and distribution of animated film and television rights internationally. As of 2023, the company employed approximately 120 people and generated less than $50 million in revenue. Animaccord maintains regional offices in the USA, Cyprus, China, Russia, and Poland.
Animaccord announced a groundbreaking partnership to create a metaverse experience called MASHAVERSE on February 12, 2024. On July 26, 2024, Animaccord DTC, a partnership formed earlier that year by the creators of "Masha and the Bear" and investors, announced Clark Stacey as its CEO. Animaccord also announced a strategic partnership with Vertical Licensing to expand the presence of "Masha and the Bear" in the Brazilian market. Finally, Animaccord launched a new multi-territory, multi-language website, Mashabear.com, offering webisodes, apps, games, and other content related to "Masha and the Bear".
