Gaspard de Chavagnac stepped down as CEO of Asacha Media Group on an unspecified date, following the acquisition of Asacha Media by Fremantle. De Chavagnac co-founded Asacha Media in 2020. He will now focus on new media investment projects. Separately, Maria Ishak, a longtime international TV executive who recently worked at Asacha Media Group, launched Mischief International. Mischief International, with offices in Paris and London, will specialize in IP development, talent curation, financing, strategic packaging, international co-financing, and marketing.
