Astro Awani, a privately owned Malaysian broadcast media company, was founded in 2006 as a joint venture between Astro and NDTV (India). It provides news content through television and radio broadcasting. As of 2023, the company employs approximately 120 people and reported revenues of around $50 million. Its headquarters are located in Malaysia.
