ATT Bolivia, also known as Autoridad de Regulación y Fiscalización de Telecomunicaciones y Transportes, is a State Owned entity headquartered in Bolivia. Founded in 2009 with approximately 100 employees, the entity functions as the national regulatory and supervisory authority of Bolivia. It is responsible for overseeing the telecommunications, transport, information technologies, and postal sectors. Established on 7 May 2009 via Supreme Decree No. 0071 under the governance framework of the country's new political constitution, the ATT succeeded the former regulatory superintendency (SITTEL) to exercise state sovereignty over public infrastructure. Operating as a decentralized administrative organ under the political direction of the Ministry of Public Works, Services, and Housing, the institution is headquartered in La Paz and runs active regional technical centers across major metropolitan departments.
