Bedrock, also known as Bedrock Streaming, is a privately owned French company founded in 2020. It provides video business systems, functioning as a video platform and OVP (Online Video Platform) provider. Jointly owned by RTL Group and M6 Group, Bedrock employs approximately 280 people and reported revenues of less than $50 million in 2023. Its headquarters are located in France.
Bedrock Manufacturing Company (BMC) appointed Tim Bantle as President of Filson, a Seattle-based outdoor clothing and accessories brand, on January 15, 2025. Bantle will lead Filson's growth and global expansion. BMC, founded in 2005, has added new executive leadership in the past year and plans to acquire more brands.
Bedrock's customers primarily consist of broadcast Media Production and Distribution and broadcast television and radio companies. Examples of Bedrock's customers include M6 Group, RTL Netherlands and RTL Group. Examples of Bedrock's suppliers include Unified Streaming and Synamedia.
