On April 17, 2026, Bedrock partnered with Henry Ford Health and BAMF to redevelop the long-troubled former Wayne County jail project site on Gratiot Avenue. Earlier the same day, Bedrock, in a joint venture with experiential media and immersive technology company Cosm and Rock Entertainment Group, broke ground on Cosm Cleveland. This new immersive entertainment venue, expected to be Cosm’s largest to date, will sit at the intersection of East 4th Street, Prospect Avenue, and Huron Road in downtown Cleveland, directly across from Rocket Arena, home of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers and AHL’s Cleveland Monsters.
