More details have been revealed about how the BT Tower will be converted into a hotel, including public access to an outdoor terrace on the tower’s 35th floor. The BT Group sold the tower to MCR Hotels for £275 million in February 2024, and since then they’ve been working on their plans, which will include public access to the top floor of the tower, as well as a public outdoor swimming pool on the roof of one of the lower-level buildings.
