On March 12, 2026, Globecast renewed its Tier 4 Certification for the Saint-Assise Teleport and Data Center Complex, an accreditation from the World Teleport Association (WTA). Earlier, London-based sports marketing agency Pitch International went live with cloud-based distribution of Emirates FA Cup matches, a service announced on February 12. This project involves Globecast's managed services platform integrated with Synamedia's Quortex Link cloud distribution platform. As of March 3, broadcasters gained the choice to receive matches over either IP or satellite for the first time. This hybrid satellite and SRT workflow delivered all 32 third-round matches with broadcast-grade reliability.
