Established in 2001 and officially founded in 2002, the company operates with an estimated 40 employees. It specializes in martial arts, having staged its first MMA event in London in July 2002.
Cage Warriors confirmed an exciting line-up of Irish stars for CW 210 Dublin on July 17, with tickets currently on sale for the event at The RDS Arena. This follows the landmark CW 200 event which attracted the largest Irish crowd in the promotion's history. On July 4, Cage Warriors also announced its return to Rome for CW 211. Earlier, on July 3, athletes for CW 209: Newcastle completed their weigh-ins, with George Hardwick (155.6lbs) and Nicolas Sávio (154.2lbs) making weight for their lightweight main event fight. Previously, on June 26, fighters for CW 208 London weighed in, where Nik Bagley (144.9lbs) and Aiden Lee (144.9lbs) both made championship weight for their featherweight world title main event.
