[Translated] 作为当下国内最火热的拳击系列赛事之一,新一站“AGF傲骨之战”将于12月6日在杭州举行,赛事以“杭州VS上海”的城市对抗为主题,云集了国内多位职业以及资深业余拳手,而在这次参赛名单中,武亚楠的名字赫然在列。 国内很多搏击迷对于武亚楠并不陌生,她曾经征战UFC,然而,2022年8月输掉UFC278的比赛后,这位中国女将没有得到UFC的续约,也正是从那一刻起,武亚楠逐渐淡出人们的视野。 这几年武亚楠去了哪里?一个MMA选手怎么“改行”打拳击了?在“傲骨之战”开打之际,带着这些疑问,澎湃新闻记者在上海与武亚楠相约。 2022年8月20日,2022UFC278,武亚楠不敌普迪洛娃。 三年只打了一场职业比赛 “去年8月份来的上海,当时我从(职业)MMA退役了,需要一份新的工作,我想过在自己的老家(内蒙古赤峰)开个拳馆,经过考察发现,我们那的受众不多,大家对于MMA认知都很有限,于是我决定去一个大城市,北京我待过,想换个环境,就来了上海。” 与武亚楠碰面的地方是上海徐汇滨江M23拳击健身俱乐部,也是她现在工作的地方,曾经的职业选手已经变成了一名拳馆教练。 2022年打完在UFC的最后一场比赛时,澎湃新闻记者第一时间采访过武亚楠,当时她给自己定了一个目标:要用两年时间杀回UFC。“我才26岁,不是40岁,现在就放弃,我不甘心,我总有一天要回来的,我希望是我28岁的时候。” 2022年8月20日,2022UFC278,武亚楠不敌普迪洛娃。 如今的武亚楠29岁了,她似乎已经决定和那段职业选手的岁月做告别,按照武亚楠自己的话说,“在UFC的时候没觉得,但离开后发现,别说国内,东南亚、整个亚洲女子的MMA比赛都太少,而我的级别又比较大,在57公斤级找不到对手,52公斤级我又没法打……” 这并非武亚楠的托词,事实上,来上海之前,她一直都还在泰国训练,辗转芭提雅和普吉,但长达两年的时间里,她只在2023年打过一场职业比赛,对手是当下正在征战UFC的王聪,两人打满3回合,武亚楠点数失利。同年,武亚楠在中国武术协会的组织下打了MMA的全国锦标赛、亚洲锦标赛和世界锦标赛,三项赛事她都最终夺冠。 看上去,武亚楠实力尚在,但作为一名职业选手,需要靠出场费和奖金为生,长期没有合适的职业赛事熄灭了她最后的职业梦想。谈及退役,眼前的武亚楠也实话实说,主要原因源于个人生计。 “这几年怎么过的?打完最后一场UFC比赛,其实我省下了一些钱,在芭提雅的时候,因为跟着鑫江(搏击俱乐部)的团队(也是武亚楠的母队),训练和吃饭、住宿是免费的,但总没比赛打也不是个事儿,我只能选择退役,去找一份养得活自己的工作……” 一次乌龙与M23真正结缘 来到上海后的武亚楠最早在五角场的一家搏击俱乐部当教练,而和M23结缘则有一段让人忍俊不禁的小故事。 “可能之前工作的俱乐部理念不一样,我就想换一家,我看了很多拳馆,有一天翻宋亚东的朋友圈,发现他在M23打拳,M23我是知道的,中国有个拳王徐灿就是这里的,但M23不是在北京吗?怎么上海也有……” 武亚楠抱着试一试的想法,通过大众点评发了条私信给M23,上海M23的负责人黄晨事后透露,自己一开始看到武亚楠的私信有点纳闷,“通常私信来询问拳馆信息的都是拳击爱好者,想来我们这里练拳的,没想到一个打过UFC的过来应聘,我还专门又查了她的资料……” 其实双方的第一次交流算不上成功,武亚楠快人快语,“不用说那么委婉,一开始就是把我给pass掉了(没通过)。”因为M23当时只做拳击培训,加上刚刚聘请了一位女教练,武亚楠最初不在对方考虑中。 不过事情很快又迎来了转机。武亚楠有一次在回答自己学员的问题时犯难了,对方向她咨询一款拳击手套,武亚楠并不熟悉,于是点开微信求助一位做装备的朋友。 “这个朋友的微信名和黄晨一样,都是英文加汉字,开头还都是H,我切屏时就发错人了,通常别人会和我说,‘你发错了。’但黄晨还耐心地回答,甚至帮我查找,最后我说,‘确定了,我就要这款手套。’他才说,‘我不卖拳套的。’” 直到这时候,武亚楠才发现自己摆了乌龙。过了两三天,黄晨给武亚楠发了私信,“是不是还在找拳馆呀,要不来我这看看吧?”黄晨坦言,武亚楠对于学员的热心以及彼此的交流给他带来了更多的印象分,场馆的规模也在扩大(又在同一层租了一个新空间),自己愿意聘请一位前职业选手来任教,正好也可以丰富拳馆的内容。 心理上落地了 每天上午11点到馆,一天带四节课,每节60分钟,晚上9点下班,一周7天,天天不落,这就是武亚楠现在的日常,不过她并不满足,“我理想的状态是一天上六节课,一方面我的精力允许,同时还能增加收入。” 从一个职业选手到一个拳馆教练,她自己内心是否会有落差,武亚楠笑言:“要说落差,刚从UFC出来的时候确实有,感觉周围一些人对你的态度都变了,也可能是自己太敏感……毕竟打UFC的时候,你身上多少是带着一些光环的。” 武亚楠如今早已走过了那段低潮期,相反她很享受现在的生活,究其原因,武亚楠坦言心理上回到了一个落地的状态。 “现在我有一份稳定的收入,这是我整个职业生涯期间都无法保证的,另一方面,我还在做自己喜欢做的事情,能够把工作和爱好结合在一起,我很幸运 。” 因为武亚楠的到来,过去只从事拳击培训的M23增加了MMA的课程,而武亚楠个人对于体能师这个新领域也非常有兴趣,不久前她参加了在上海举行的HYROX(室内健身跑比赛),有了这次初体验之后,成为一位优秀的体能师被武亚楠当作了职业生涯的新方向。 “体能师的工作覆盖许多功能性的训练内容,比如大家看张伟丽的视频,很多时候都是在做体能训练,我们就是
