The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau approved Charter Communications’ (NASDAQ: CHTR) $34.5 billion acquisition of privately-held Cox Enterprises, Inc.’s residential cable, commercial fiber, and managed IT and cloud businesses on Friday.
