On March 26, 2025, Swisscom held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Zurich. Shareholders approved a CHF 22 per share ordinary dividend payment for 2024. 1125 shareholders, representing 74.13% of voting shares, approved all board proposals. Swisscom had approximately 81,900 registered shareholders at the end of 2024. A net dividend of CHF 14.30 per share, after a 35% federal tax deduction, will be paid on April 1, 2025. The 2025 AGM also took place at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, where shareholders approved all board proposals. Separately, Vodafone, a Swisscom subsidiary, appointed Max Gasparroni as its Chief Technology Officer, starting in May 2025. Gasparroni will oversee network infrastructure integration and development, and the implementation of new digital services. Swisscom also adopted Akamai's SIA Consumer solution to enhance online customer security.
