News Summary:

OTE Group finalized agreements on July 2024 to sell Telekom Romania Mobile Communications for €70 million. Vodafone Group and Digi Romania acquired the assets; Digi paid €40 million for the prepaid business, spectrum rights, and part of the tower portfolio, while Vodafone paid €30 million for the remaining assets. Separately, OTE Group announced a €2.5 billion investment plan since 2019 to support Greece's broadband and 5G infrastructure development.
