On March 26, 2025, Swisscom held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Zurich. Shareholders approved a CHF 22 per share ordinary dividend payment for 2024. 1125 shareholders, representing 74.13% of voting shares, approved all board proposals. Swisscom had approximately 81,900 registered shareholders at the end of 2024. A net dividend of CHF 14.30 per share, after a 35% federal tax deduction, will be paid on April 1, 2025.
