On March 26, 2025, Swisscom held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Zurich. Shareholders approved a CHF 22 per share ordinary dividend payment for 2024. 1125 shareholders, representing 74.13% of voting shares, approved all board proposals. Swisscom had approximately 81,900 registered shareholders at the end of 2024. A net dividend of CHF 14.30 per share, after a 35% federal tax deduction, will be paid on April 1, 2025. The 2025 AGM also took place at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, where shareholders approved all board proposals. Separately, Vodafone, a Swisscom subsidiary, appointed Max Gasparroni as its Chief Technology Officer, starting in May 2025.
