Cibicom A/S, formerly known as Teracom, is a privately owned Danish company headquartered in Denmark. It is an independent network operator and Internet Service Provider (ISP) that owns and operates the nationwide network of radio and television broadcast towers in Denmark. These towers are used for the distribution of TV (DTT), radio (AM/FM/DAB+), IoT infrastructure, and emergency response communication. The company was founded in 1998 and changed its name to Cibicom in January 2019. In November 2018, Cibicom was acquired by the European equity fund Agilitas Private Equity LLP. As of 2023, Cibicom has approximately 90 employees and generates less than $100 million in annual revenue.
