hr chooses Convit for strategic program portfolio planning

How can broadcasters plan their program portfolios more strategically? This was also the question at German broadcaster Hessischer Rundfunk (hr). The broadcaster aims to fulfill its public service mission even more effectively and wants to align its content more closely with audience needs. To further develop the broadcaster, a central portfolio management structure was established back in 2023. Now, it’s gaining even more support: under the project name “Angebotswelt”, hr is working with a tool provided by Convit.
