Diagnal, founded in 2005 and headquartered in Hong Kong, is a privately held technology provider specializing in frontend and user experience. With a team of approximately 80 employees, the company's primary objective is to assist clients in launching and expanding video products that generate revenue.
Diagnal released BLADE//runner software version 2.6 with new features such as full 6G support for all IO modules, updates for the FLOWS UI, and the ability to save and upload the current configuration state of an AT300. In partnership with Manifold Technologies, Diagnal presented EASY-IP, a suite of live broadcast production software and hardware tools, at IBC 2024 to provide broadcasters a simplified path to IP. Diagnal was selected in mid-2022 to provide an end-to-end managed services solution for the FIA World Rally Championship, including Enlight Apps and Enhance CMS with Harmonic providing the video pipeline. The service launched successfully for the Premier League season start, NFL, and FIFA World Cup, expanding to various device platforms and regional payment gateways. Diagnal also collaborated with Lounges.tv to develop their technology solution, including website, mobile apps, and backend systems, and continues to support them in live events and product roadmap development.
