As of 2013, it was recognized as Indonesia's second largest media company. It serves as the parent company for subsidiaries, including the pay television service Nex Parabola and five television networks: SCTV, Indosiar, Moji, Ajwa TV, and Mentari TV.

Previously, on December 17, 2025, Emtek unit PT Super Bank Indonesia (SUPA) officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) following its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The digital banking firm's IPO raised approximately IDR 2.79 trillion ($168 million) by selling an estimated 13% stake, making it Indonesia’s second-largest IPO of the year. On its Jakarta debut, Super Bank’s shares surged 24%, hitting the daily trading limit and rising to 790 rupiah from an IPO price of 635 rupiah.
