Federation Francaise de Hockey-sur-Glace, also known as FFHG, or the French Ice Hockey Federation, is a privately owned entity headquartered in France. Founded in 2006, the organization employs approximately 110 individuals. Functioning as the governing body of ice hockey in France, it is recognized by the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF), having been established following its separation from the Fédération française des sports de glace, also known as the French Ice Sports Federation.
On May 6, 2026, the Federation Francaise de Hockey-sur-Glace (FFHG) announced its national referee training camp scheduled for August 7 to August 9, 2026. Earlier on February 3, the federation published the program for its France Teams for February, detailing events such as the Olympic Games, Four Nations Tournament, and team gatherings. The FFHG also concluded the second phase of its national detection plan (PND) at Cergy, following the initial round from January 16 to 18 that brought together nearly 80 players at the Aren'Ice in Cergy-Pontoise. Previously, on February 2, the FFHG formalized a partnership with the Colosse aux pieds d'argile association, joining forces to combat sexual violence. This followed the rearrangement of the Little Crosses Tournament on January 30, which was impacted by delays in ice rink installation at Bercy.
