The United States Hockey League (USHL), a privately owned spectator sports organization founded in 1947, is the highest-level junior ice hockey league recognized by USA Hockey. As of 2023, the USHL employs approximately 40 people and is headquartered in the United States.
The USHL announced Coleson Hanrahan as the Curt Hammer Award recipient for the 2024-2025 season on May 6. The award recognizes outstanding performance on and off the ice. On April 17, the USHL entered the second round of its postseason, with eight teams competing for the Clark Cup. Many USHL alumni signed NHL entry-level deals and made NHL debuts before the Stanley Cup Playoffs began on April 19. Larry Robbins received the Gasparini Award on May 8, an award recognizing his contributions to the league's growth and success.
