FloSports, a privately owned company founded in 2006 and headquartered in Austin, Texas, is a subscription-based streaming service focused on broadcasting live sporting events. Employing approximately 490 people, the company delivers its content to a global audience via an over-the-top (OTT) platform.
FloSports acquired the US streaming rights to Premiership Rugby in a three-year deal, starting in an unspecified date. This deal expands FloSports' existing portfolio of European club rugby union content in the US, which includes renewed rights for France's Top 14 and the United Rugby Championship. The agreement ensures that every Gallagher Premiership regular season and playoff match, along with select Premiership Rugby Cup fixtures, will stream on FloSports until the end of the 2027/28 season. FloSports already holds rights to various other rugby competitions, including the Investec Champions Cup and Super Rugby.
FloSports currently holds 79 broadcasting rights for sports competitions including cyclo-cross, marathon, motorsports, rugby union, ice hockey, cycling, combat sports, wrestling and athletics.
