United World Wrestling (UWW) announced the host cities for all 2026 continental and age-group World Championships on September 13th in Zagreb, Croatia. These championships will take place across three different continents. Separately, UWW announced that Las Vegas will host the U23 World Championships from October 12th-18th, 2026, at the Thomas & Mack Center. On September 11th in Poreč, Croatia, UWW hosted an anti-doping education event in collaboration with the International Testing Agency at a World Championships acclimatization camp. This marked the first time UWW partnered with the ITA to deliver education directly at a training camp. UWW also announced the appointment of a five-time Olympic gold medalist as a new delegate.
