Radial Entertainment's FilmRise secured worldwide rights to the YouTube franchise "The Infographics Show" on January 23, 2026, signing a multi-year deal with producer Dark Matter Design for all digital media, FAST broadcast, airlines, and ancillary rights; financial terms were not disclosed. Previously, on December 2, 2025, Radial Entertainment, the global entertainment company managing FilmRise and Shout! Studios, announced Jeff Shultz, former Paramount Streaming Chief Strategy Officer, as its new CEO, effective January 1, 2026. Shultz, a former Paramount executive credited with helping build Pluto TV into a billion-dollar business, succeeded Garson Foos, who moved to the Radial Entertainment Board as Executive Chairman alongside Danny Fisher. Radial Entertainment formed earlier in 2025 following Oaktree Capital's acquisition of FilmRise and its merger with Shout! Studios.
