Focus Group, a privately owned company headquartered in Hong Kong, was founded in 2004 by actor and singer Andy Lau, and operates with an estimated 10 employees, specializing in entertainment content rights. The company functions as a comprehensive holding group for a diverse range of subsidiaries that manage the full lifecycle of entertainment content. Its operations span film production and distribution via Focus Films, artist management via Topman Global, and music production via Focus Music. Beyond these core pillars, the group also organizes live events and concerts through Focus Entertainment and manages the intellectual property for character brands such as Andox & Box. Focus Group is also responsible for the management of the Andy World Club, the official international fan club for Andy Lau.
