The Football Association of Wales (FAW) is the governing body for association football and futsal in Wales. Founded in 1876, it is the third-oldest national association in the world. The FAW is responsible for organizing and overseeing football competitions in Wales, including the Welsh Premier League, the Welsh Cup, and the Welsh League Cup. It also manages the Wales national football team, the Wales women's national football team, and the Wales national futsal team. The FAW is a member of FIFA, UEFA, and the International Football Association Board (IFAB). As of 2023, the FAW had around 290 employees and generated approximately $50 million in revenue. The organization is headquartered in the United Kingdom.
