HTC's Vive Eagle AI glasses are set to launch in the U.S. in September for $499. The smart glasses, first unveiled almost a year prior, will include a 12MP camera, ChatGPT integration, and live translation, making them $200 more expensive than the entry-level Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses. On July 7, 2026, the company reported consolidated revenue of NT$292 million, or approximately $10 million, for June 2026, noting its future success depends on AI smart glasses, enterprise XR, and VIVERSE. Previously, in June, a "Made in America" smartphone marketed as Trump Mobile was identified as a reskinned HTC U24, manufactured in Taiwan.
