Hunan Broadcasting System (HBS), formerly the Golden Eagle Broadcasting System, is a state-owned Chinese television and radio broadcaster founded in 2010. Based in China, it is the second-largest state-owned television network in the country, after China Central Television (CCTV). HBS is owned by the Hunan provincial government and reported revenues exceeding $1 billion in 2020.
