Earnings call transcript: Haivision Q3 2026 revenue slips as stock falls 7.6%
Haivision Systems reported fiscal third-quarter 2026 revenue of CAD 34.5 million, down 1.4% from a year earlier, as gross margin and adjusted EBITDA both fell sharply. The company said demand remained healthy and its pipeline was growing, but investors sent the stock down 7.57% to $3.91 in after-hours trading, near the bottom of its 52-week range. Haivision maintained its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of CAD 140 million to CAD 142 million, but management said it is probably closer to the lower end of that range. The company also signaled that gross margins will remain under pressure in the near term. Management said tariffs affect about 30% of sales, mainly the Makito line, and could trim gross margin by about 3% in the near term. To offset that, the company is moving fulfillment operations from Montreal to the United States and shifting inventory across the border in a way that reduces tariff exposure. Looking further ahead, the company said larger opportunities are building for 2027 and beyond, with new products such as Makito ONE, Falkon X4, Falkon X2, Kraken X1, and Kobra drawing strong interest from broadcast and defense customers.
