IDN Pictures, a Privately Owned company headquartered in Indonesia, was founded in 2020. Specializing in content rights, the company operates as an Indonesian film production studio. It was formed following the acquisition of the independent film outfit Demi Istri Production by the consumer technology conglomerate IDN (formerly IDN Media), with Demi Istri Production founders director Fajar Nugros and producer Susanti Dewi appointed to lead the newly rebranded subsidiary. IDN Pictures functions as a technology-based media firm that leverages data analytics and consumer insights to engineer narrative content specifically targeted at millennial and Generation Z demographics across Southeast Asia. Its portfolio includes feature films, web series, and short films, such as the psychological thrillers Inang (The Womb) and Qorin, the biographical period comedy Srimulat: Hil yang Mustahal, the coming-of-age drama Balada Si Roy, and the short film Udin's Inferno.
