The Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA), a privately owned organization founded in 1978 and headquartered in South Korea, governs women's professional golf in the country. Employing approximately 30 people as of 2023, the KLPGA's primary activity is the organization and administration of spectator sports events related to women's professional golf.
On July 17th, a charity fund delivery ceremony for the 13th E1 Charity Open took place at E1 headquarters in Seoul. The Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) partnered with E1, Good Neighbors, and Naver Happy Bean for this event. Separately, on July 25th, the KLPGA announced a partnership with Zenith International Co. Ltd. for a Starbucks coffee store booth at KLPGA tournament venues. Also on July 25th and 26th, HS HYOSUNG, a Mercedes-Benz dealer, presented Mercedes-Benz E 200 vehicles to professional golfers Choi Min-kyung and Yoon Sun-jeong, respectively, who achieved hole-in-ones during KLPGA tournaments.
