This followed KVIE's February 23, 2026, announcement to offer early access to a new adaptation of Alexandre Dumas's "The Count of Monte Cristo" via Passport, starting March 1, 2026. The adaptation features Sam Claflin and Jeremy Irons. Earlier, on February 9, 2026, KVIE began streaming "Sanditon on Masterpiece" for free from February 14 to March 14, 2026.
