On June 24, Mediaplus UK, signaling its intent to grow, introduced a restricted senior leadership team, promoting managing partner Jamie Dunlop and head of operations Liz Duff to joint managing directors of the London agency, reporting to UK group CEO Celine Saturnino. Previously, on June 15, Serviceplan Group partnered with MediaMarktSaturn, appointing the group as its creative solutions partner across Europe to establish an integrated operations service and technology unit for marketing production.
