News Summary:

MediaWorks announced on an unspecified date the transfer of its Out-of-Home (OOH) operations to QMS Australia, effective October 1, 2025. This strategic alignment, according to CEO Wendy Palmer, will strengthen the OOH portfolio. QMS also announced the consolidation of its New Zealand operations into Australia, including the transition of MediaWorks' OOH business to the QMS brand. A separate news report confirmed that QMS will assume control of MediaWorks' New Zealand OOH division from October, following MediaWorks' success in securing the Auckland Transport street furniture contract earlier in the year. The transition aims to consolidate operations and allow MediaWorks to concentrate on its radio business. Note that a separate news story reported that MediaWorks competed in a pitch for a National Grid contract, but did not win.
