Megamedia, also known as Red Televisiva Megavisión, is a privately owned company headquartered in Chile, operating as a subsidiary of Grupo Bethia with Warner Bros. Discovery holding a minority 27.5% stake. Founded in 1990, and with approximately 1810 employees, the company reported $109.1M in revenue as of 2024 and functions as a tier 1 media tech buyer. It operates as a multi-platform media conglomerate and communications holding, managing an integrated ecosystem comprising television networks, radio stations, and digital services. Its television asset, Mega, was established as Chile's first private broadcaster. The company operates secondary digital signals such as Mega 2 and cable channels including Mega Ficción and Meganoticias Ahora. Its radio division, Megamedia Radio, consists of five stations, including Radio Carolina, Radio Infinita, and Romántica FM. The group maintains a digital presence through its news portal, Meganoticias.cl, and its streaming service, Mega GO.
