This support followed Motorsport UK's announcement on September 1 that its Inclusion Grant recipient, Quatermass Motorsport, would deliver the DRiVE 2026 conference on November 28, 2026, at Oxford Brookes University, focusing on disability accessibility and opportunity in sim racing. Earlier, on August 20, the Tri Nations Esports Cup, an event developed by Motorsport UK that brings together top esport drivers from national motorsport governing bodies, returned with South Africa rejoining competitors from Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
