Privately owned One America News Network, headquartered in the US, was founded in 2013 and operates with approximately 80 employees. The company's main product is Broadcast Media Production and Distribution, functioning as a national TV news network airing in the US.
One America News Network (OAN) launched a direct-to-consumer subscription streaming service on July 16, 2026, offering live access to its cable channel for $4.99 a month with no cap on simultaneous device streams, a policy distinct from major streaming competitors. This initiative, reported on July 15, aimed to capture a larger segment of its target audience who prefer to watch live broadcasts online, positioning OAN against larger entities such as Fox News Media and Newsmax. Previously, on May 20, the network was reportedly "seriously considering" seeking payment from President Donald Trump's $1.8 billion "Anti-Weaponization Fund," established following his lawsuit against the IRS. Earlier, on May 11, President Trump praised OAN White House correspondent Daniel Baldwin as "one of the best reporters in Washington" during a Maternal Healthcare event at the Oval Office, where Baldwin inquired about the administration’s Most-Favored-Nation drug policy. On April 9, OAN announced it would air a two-hour interview on April 10 with controversial activist and independent journalist Tommy Robinson, hosted by Dr. Bob Shillman, focusing on Islamization and grooming gangs in the U.K.
