Orange Slovensko, a.s., operating as Orange Slovakia, is a privately owned Slovak telecommunications company founded in 1997. A subsidiary of Orange Europe, it employs approximately 1150 people and is headquartered in Slovakia. While primarily known as a mobile network operator offering fibre connections, its revenue in 2022 was less than $50 million. Pay TV services are also part of its product offerings.
Orange Slovakia appointed Michal Korec as its Public Relations Partner on an unspecified date. In the first half of the year, Orange Slovakia reported revenues of EUR 278.9 million, a 0.1 percent year-on-year increase. Retail services revenues specifically grew by 3 percent to EUR 210.8 million. From July 10 to 12, Orange Slovakia partnered with the Pohoda Festival in Trencin, providing an Orange Zone with views of the Orange Stage, improved mobile coverage, and Wi-Fi access.
