OTK Media, legally registered as OTK Media, Inc. and also known as One True King, operating commercially as OTK Network, is a privately owned company headquartered in the US. Founded in October 2020 by internet personalities and gaming creators including Asmongold, Esfand, Tips Out, and Mizkif, the company operates with approximately 40 employees. The company specializes in online audio and video media, functioning as an independent media, entertainment, and digital content collective. Originally bound by a shared history in the World of Warcraft community, OTK was conceived to challenge traditional esports frameworks by shifting focus toward creator equity, shared ownership, and cooperative live-stream programming. It has developed into a creator-led network commanding tens of millions of monthly watch hours across millennial and Gen Z demographics. Its diversified corporate umbrella spans an integrated network of sister companies and gaming ventures, including the talent representation firm Mythic Talent, the custom PC pre-build company Starforge Systems, and the independent video game publishing house Mad Mushroom.
