Phnom Penh Cable Television

Phnom Penh Cable Television, also known as Phnom Penh Municipal Cable TV and PPCTV, is a privately owned company headquartered in Cambodia. Founded in 1995, and employing approximately 200 individuals, it operates as a telecoms provider and is identified as a tier 1 media tech buyer. The company, which was Cambodia’s first cable television operator, transitioned from a traditional cable provider to a diversified multimedia group offering multi-channel broadcasting, digital, wireless (DVB-T), and internet-based entertainment. Phnom Penh Cable Television established long-standing partnerships with international content distributors, most notably TVB (Hong Kong), which allowed it to become a primary destination for Khmer-dubbed Asian dramas.
