The amalgamation is set to take effect on January 1, 2026. Gosfield North held an Annual General Meeting on March 25, 2025, to discuss the 2024 performance, 2025 expansion plans, and the upcoming amalgamation. Subsequently, special general meetings were held for both Gosfield North Communications Co-operative Ltd. and Quadro Communications Co-operative Inc., resulting in members voting in favor of the proposed amalgamation. Quadro Communications released an August 2025 newsletter and blog post.
