Simba Content is a privately owned company headquartered in Brazil, formed through a joint venture by Grupo Record, RedeTV!, and Sistema Brasileiro de Televisao. Established in 2016 and operating with approximately 50 employees, the company was primarily created to negotiate the distribution rights of its parent broadcasters' digital signals with pay-television operators. It also focuses on the development of new content, multi-platform licensing, and the expansion of the networks' reach within the digital ecosystem.
