This action followed the company's August 5 report of its June-quarter earnings, where its board approved a ₹106 crore share buyback, a move management stated underscored its confidence in the company's long-term prospects. During the quarter, SIS delivered a 30% increase in revenue across its core businesses. Previously, on July 2, SIS signed a licensing agreement with Gaming Realms to develop "Slingo 49’s." This agreement represents the first time SIS licensed the intellectual property for its "49’s" live numbers products, which millions play globally. The new Slingo version, which launched in July 2026, integrates the Slingo concept with the "49’s" branding, including its theme tune and live presenters.
