On August 3, 2026, the Virtual Fan Swing competition offered amateur golfers the chance to compete against DP World Tour professionals in a single "closest to the pin" shot, aiming to connect fans and players directly. This initiative followed the July 21 announcement of the Virtual Fan Swing as a joint venture between TrackMan and the DP World Tour, designed to transform spectators into competitors by allowing them to experience the same shot, pin, and pressure as professional golfers. Earlier on July 6, TrackMan launched the Performance Center within its Trackman Performance Studio (TPS), providing golfers with advanced feedback to enhance their practice routines, according to Co-founder and CTO Fredrik Tuxen. Concurrently on the same date, TrackMan also outlined the distinctions between its Trackman iO Home and Home Complete versions, noting that the iO Home currently accesses approximately 70 courses, while the Home Complete package includes a library of over 550 courses.
