SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, a privately owned company founded in 2020, operates the 70,000-seat SoFi Stadium in the US. The stadium's primary function is hosting spectator sports, including NFL games for the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams. It is also planned to host other major events such as Super Bowls and the 2028 Olympic Games' opening and closing ceremonies, in addition to concerts and other entertainment programming. The company currently employs approximately 480 people.
SoFi Stadium received the WELL Health-Safety Rating from the International WELL Building Institute on an unspecified date, becoming the only active stadium with this certification. A later announcement confirmed that Ed Sheeran will perform at SoFi Stadium on August 8, 2026, as part of the North American leg of his LOOP Tour. Information on parking and transportation to SoFi Stadium is available on the venue's website. The company was not involved in the announcement of the FIFA World Cup 26™ ticket draw opening on FIFA.com/tickets.
