News Summary:

Spiideo and Elitfotboll Dam (EFD) extended and expanded their partnership for an additional three years on March 5, 2026. This new agreement broadens their collaboration to include the Elitettan, F19 Allsvenskan, F19 Division 1, and F17 Allsvenskan leagues, moving beyond the previously covered OBOS Damallsvenskan. This follows an announcement on February 4, 2026, where the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) signed a partnership agreement designating Spiideo as the Official Instant Replay Solution of the NAIA National Championships. Under this agreement, Spiideo's automated sports video solutions will provide instant replays, enhance analysis, and offer on-demand access to game moments for coaches, officials, and teams during championships. Earlier, on December 3, 2025, Spiideo partnered with Ericsson and distribution partner Westbase.io to enable live sports video capture from locations without fixed connectivity. Spiideo integrated Ericsson’s Cradlepoint S700 Series router into its Portable SmartCam, providing a portable unit that streams high-quality video to the cloud over cellular networks, thus delivering reliable cellular connectivity for live streaming, analysis, and broadcasting in environments lacking wired access.
