The survey, conducted annually, placed TalkTalk at 61 percent customer satisfaction, below Virgin Media and NOW Broadband (both at 60 percent), Sky (62 percent), and BT (64 percent). This result follows another Which? survey showing that TalkTalk, along with BT, Sky, and Virgin Media, underperformed smaller rivals in overall customer satisfaction.
